We cannot begin to tell you how much we’ve enjoyed our incredible experience in Italy. Thank you & our agent Joan Gerson for coordinating it all. Our hotels, guides, drivers, tours, experiences have been FANTASTIC!!

We LOVED, LOVED, LOVED our driver today who took us through the Lake Como/Bellagio area today!! While we’ve been pleased with most/all of our drivers and guides. We were most impressed with this one, Milan (or Milano). We didn’t get his last name.

Milan was such a professional, a polite gentleman, spoke excellent English. He was glad to answer our questions & share bits of history, takes our pictures. Etc.

We cannot believe that we forgot to ask for his card! We would recommend him to everyone & request him again!

Anyway, please congratulate Milan on a job well done.
